The starting wage is $15 per hour, which is paid through training.

Drivers are also paid bonuses based on their productivity. Including bonuses driver wages average $21 per hour and the most productive drivers can earn over $30 per hour.

The typical workday begins at 7:30 AM where the Associate Operations Manager oversees dispatch and ensures that all drivers are equipped to carry out their deliveries and pickups.

Paperwork is then completed which includes verification of the prior day's work and resolving customer complaints and disputes. Throughout the day, the Associate Operations Manager is responsible for completing other tasks as listed below, providing assistance to drivers, and completing observation rides to ensure that drivers are performing their work in compliance with laws and best practices.
